Well it seems as though the flog is pretty abandoned. Sure maybe it isn't such a wonderful idea to continue to flog after this ship has sailed. But of course why would I let something slip quietly into the night never to be heard from again when I could almost as easily drag it all out. I don't know if anyone out there is still reading but honestly I am alright if I am the only one that will ever see this. For some reason I really dig the idea that something is totally public but no one sees it anyway, sort of like an unintentional secret. So here is Sarah's piece for now. Life is great. I feel like I am moving on from highschool. When I first started college it seemed like college would just be a harder version of highschool. The same people lurking around and everything. Well I haven't actively socialized (as in hang out) with any of my highschool friends since I went to Provo over a week ago. Most of my social life right now is genuine college. I like that they don't know anything about me. They don't know what crazy things I did in highschool or what I wrote in the city paper. They know me as "Ma Alldredge" the baking wonder and one of their few friends with a car. Don't get me wrong I still love, love, love my friend from highschool but there is something particularly refreshing about not knowing someones past and nott having them know yours. There is still some mystery you know? And even better there are those moments of revelation or confusion. Like the other day I told someone that my mom works in the library and they were like "I'll go find Sister Alldredge" and I said you won't find one. The look of confusion was priceless. I know I should clarify but I do love a good mystery for people. Life is entertaining. Running around with new people is a great way to appreciate the old people and just see the world. I worry about the people I graduated with who are holding on so tight to their highschool step ups. They schedule classes together, they move into together and make no new friends. Sure life was great for you then. There was more power and control up for grabs. There was a rigid social caste but now its just a buffet. I like my options and I am glad that I didn't peak in highschool. Well I will stop pining on about how much I love life and just say that I have gotten some pretty rocking stories in the past few months. See you home dawgs on the flip side.

Hello out there?
Well I decided to post. Nobody has posted in a while and I find that sad. Also the layout of blogspot has changed that is tripping me out. I am off track so I am not doing much. I sad that I would bake and crochet a lot but I haven't. I have baked one pan of brownies and crocheted for two hours since the beginning of this year. Not amazing statistics. There is plenty of stuff I should do. I need to balance my checkbook, crochet a hat for Vaidyn, I need to write like four letters (probably five by Saturday). Like I say there is plenty of stuff. I have two books that I should read or return to the library. At least I read to the blind tonight. That was fufilling. It doesn't really feel like I am in college. It mostly just feels like I am living in a spin off television series of high school. I get moved to a new situation and the old characters make cameos every now and again and they edit out me being in school. Maybe I'm not making any sense on that. I would make a terrible TV show anyway. My life is entirely too private for that. You are probably rolling your eyes but just know that it is true. I had some of Liz's mashed potatoes earlier. The consistancy was off but I feel like there was some garlic powder or something because there was a little heat in it. I made pork chops for dinner and used up what was left in my old bottle of marinara. Do you want to know what bugs me? It seems like my life is so temporary. People that were there a week ago are off doing something else entirely now. It seems like if it isn't tied down it will be gone soon enough. That is sort of irksome. Also I feel like I am living a cliche of sorts. That is a annoying, like everything I have ever thought or done is a repeat of someone elses original. Makes sense though after all the millions of year people have been doing stuff you think there would be some repeats. However I don't believe that anyone in the history of the world has ever made a crocheted Thor's hammer or lightsaber exactly like mine. That does make me feel a little better. Well I'll stop prattling. There is probably something else you should be doing with your time, like me. I should probably be working on beating Lego Batman but I think I would just preferto sit on my couch right now. Its not like Im not going to have anytime for Lego Batman between now and April.

Whipped Cream
There are few things more divine than home made whipped cream. I know that like half of the world female population is like "Oh my gosh whipped cream is disgusting, it has way too much fat." That is what makes it awesome to tell you the truth. It is just so light and airy. Great stuff.
Well the last weeks of the semester are slowly sucking my soul out. I have to write a persuasive speech and I have no idea what to persuade on. I don't really envision myself as being that passionate about things. Okay you are laughing right now because you think I am lying. To an extent I probably am. All the things I am really passionate about though (like Coke vs. Pepsi) can't really be backed up by scholarly research. I am supposed to have at least five sources. How am I supposed to find five sources about anything I want to talk about. Ya I just want it to be over. I also need to make a scripture mastery portfolio for Book of Mormon. I could probably crank that out over night if I needed but what the heck, I will use it to procrastinate my speech. That is basically the name of the game at this point. I have been only doing like one or two actual useful things a day. I still need to write Moriah a response letter. I am like half way through and I just need to buckle down. I am looking forward to being off track. I am really looking forward to Christmas too, that helps make me even more of a useless blob of crap about doing things.
This week I am looking forward to taking the girls I visit teach to Big Jud's. None of them have been before so we are all really excited. I like the girls I visit teach. I figured we could all get together, my companion could give the lesson while I drive and then we will stuff our faces and talk. My companion and I normally end up staying for like an hour visting anyway. We might as well be chowing down right? I am really excited. I might be even more excited if I knew there was no work I needed to do.
I have been sleeping a lot lately. Hopefully that doesn't mean I am slowly dying or anything. If I died before Christmas, I would have a huge freak out. I need to give the lightsaber and hammer for Christmas or there is going to be all sorts of funky juju messing with everybody. I have decided that I want to learn how to make a really kick- a fudge. I don't think I eat enough fudge. I feel like for me to a domestic goddess worth anything I need to get involved in candy making. That just makes sense to me a little.
Well I should probably get back to avoiding my work. It isn't easy being me. Oh! So I had to make a website for my Comm 100 class. Apparently my teacher loved it! She gave it a 100% and asked if she could use it as an example for next semester. So obviously that means that I rock. I am a winner! *doing winning dance* Try saying "I won" over and over again and do a little celebration dance. I did that a lot back in like April and May. Oh my gosh does it feel good, especially if you actually won something. It doesn't have to be like a trophy or a raffle. It could just be a symbolic win, like getting or doing something you really want to... Ya I guess that is my advice for the day. I don't think I am really qualified to be dosing out advice but whatever. Okay now I am just stalling. This is seriously like May for me. Ya know at the end of the school year when freedom is just so close. Ya that is me right now. Oh! Story. So there is this really nice girl in my Relief Society, Kami. She is just so sunny and happy and she is engaged of course. Well come to find out that her fiance is actually Brazillian and they have to go through this whole immigration thing. When I found out I got kind of bummed out for her. I hope her and her fiance can get it figured out. Well that is really all for now.
Much Love,
Sarah

2+2=5
Hey guys, it been a wail since I wrote on here. So I know its probably not good Im writing on Sunday but I have to tell you how happy i am because I just got done with my talk in Stake Conference. I am so happy its over with. I was stressed to bad until I saw how many people there was, then I was trying so hard not to freak out in front of the congregation. Hahaha. So thats been the big thing in my life lately. So your probably wondering what the tile means, because of course 2+2 does not equal 5. And no it doesnt have to do with Orwell s nineteen eighty nine. No its the new song I learned on the guitar!!!! By the great band Radiohead, Lately that's the band Ive been obsessed with. And its good that i have all their albums. And Im soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited that MORIAH is coming!!!!!!!!
