Home Alone is a Great Movie, but not when I'm Home Alone.

Season's Greetings!
So I'm home alone on a Saturday night and I thought there was no better way to spend it than with a bowl full of stuffing and the flog. Tonight 2 of my roommates are on dates and one got a free ticket to the SDSU football game so here I am. Alone. Ha it really isn't that bad. I entertain myself. Ok....so lately I have have been busy with school, friends, school, church, school, etc. I did well on my midterms and so that was a relief. I am definitely ready for new teachers and class and I only have a few weekes left. I am spending Thanksgiving with my roommate Paige's family, and I heard they are hilarious so that should be a blast. I'm coming home for Christmas on December 16th and leaving January 3rd. Party at Cole's farewell!! Seriously though, after this year the boys will be on missions and the girls will get married while they're gone (not me of course) and it will be way harder to get together. Let's have fun this Christmas season. I really love San Diego you know, but Rexburg is also lovely. I think though that I love the people in both places so much that that is what makes them great.Coming home to snow will be strange though ha. Also, I haven't driven a car in 5 months which is kind of funny. One thing I love about being on my own is getting creative with what I have when I'm cooking. For example I had some peppers and chicken and I wanted to make fajitas so I needed some kind of sauce. I mixed together what I had which was mostly bbq sauce, a little Franks' red hot sauce, and titch of italian dressing and some taco seasoning. It was so delicious. I also saw a recipe online for lemon garlic spaghetti. I decided to make some with my own recipe. I cooked some noodle, added a little bit of butter, some garlic salt, italian seasoning, and lemon juice, and there it was! Even though I eat ramen and spaghettios quite a it I still feel like I eat fairly well. The other night we went on a night hike and it was wild. There was a thick marine layer and so it was very foggy and no stars or the moon was visible(there isn't usually a ton of stars, but some). Once we got up a little ways we couldn't see any city lights either and normally you can see light spreading all around and even tijuana's lights, but it was pitch dark. I mean pitch dark. Even in the dead of night anywhere else you still have the moon and stars. It was very eery and we didnt have flashlights. It took a lot longer than usual and I stumbled quite a bit so I have blisters on my feet from my chacos. I'm gonna soak my feet in the hot tub tonight. I'm also going to watch Harry Ptter 4 because the triwizard tournamet effects are awesome. It is also crazy to see Robert Pattinson die. P.s. I watched Water for Elephants and it wasn't that good. But he is attractive when he is't pale and glittery. I also checked out the new Nichloas Sparks book (It came out last month so it is a miracle the library had it) and some good old F. Scott Fitzgerald. I hope I play the hymns well tomorrow at church because I am a little nervous. If I play bad oh well. Sarah has kept me up on the scandals of Rexburg and it is entertaining. Why did everyone go crazy all of the sudden? There are more scandals back home then here in California. Well I guess I better get back to my bachelorette life. See ya soon!!!
Love Always, Moriah
